We offer a range of skills development days that have the flexibility to respond to different development needs. The days are practical and very active taking full account of participants' experience and expertise. Our training days are delivered in a supportive environment where you will also have the opportunity to network with other participants. The methods and tools are research based and proven to work for all school sectors and phases. The training days are led by highly skilled facilitators.
As a particpant on Leadership Pathways, you are entitled to attend two skills days as part of what is covered by your course fee. The cost of an additional skills day is £175. However, if you book two additional days, the cost is £300
