EMLC Middle Leader Programme

EMLC provides a modular programme for middle leaders that can be tailored to meet the needs of an individual school or cluster. Modules cover:

• leading and managing
• building the team
• developing skills
• raising standards

The programme is designed to:

• to develop confidence and skills
• to support development in current roles or for moving into a new role
• to raise standards and to make a difference to pupils and colleagues
• to help participants lead and manage change, deal with conflict and maintain morale and motivation

The programme combines face to face training, in school tasks and use of personal skills reviews. It can be delivered in full or half day sessions at a time to suit.
