EMLC are committed to ensuring that support staff reach their potential and, as such, offer the Certificate of School Administration. This accredited programme which suits all confidences gives front line staff the self belief to grow through their learning journey. The CSA is a work related programme and looks to develop the good practice that is already being carried out in school offices across the country.
Working with Manchester Metropolitan University (MMU) and the Institute of Administrative Management (IAM), EMLC are able to offer the Certificate of School Administration as an initial programme for support staff across the East Midlands region.
This programme is offered locally and is structured in a way that enables the participant as much flexibility as is possible to ensure that the work-life balance ethic is maintained.
